Today's visit to Safti Military Institute (where my brother, whose still serving NS, is posted to) with my family plus my Popo was like a tourist attraction. My parents acted like a bunch of tourists over there, well, same goes for me. he he. It's so foreign and it's pretty much a once in a life time chance to go there since it's restricted, unless I join the Army which is highly unlikely of me to. Lol.
The place was really neat, literally. It's huge, well maintained and looked pretty much like a college. I like how they grew carpet grass there and I like how I can step on it :) (okay, we're not supposed to, but it's so soooft!) The top of the Safti tower was really windy (making your fringe look crazy) and the view's great!
Later, we left the site and headed to Serangoon Gardens to view the house (still under construction) and had Dim Sum for lunch. I coincidentally met Valerie and her family there, too!
I'm so family-orientated. he he.
Well, back to my books now! Good bye.
